Contest
Hey there, as i promised, exams are over, and here i come with the first details about the contest, it`s just a sketch with a few details until i get all the things together.
So here are some first rules
1. you must be a member, it`s a member only contest, we want all the deviation created for this contest put in some folders and for that we will need you to be in the group so we can organize everything better.
2. the contest will be divided into 2 categories
2.1 first category is css-based create us a new and unique css journal, not to flashy but not to empty either, some nice features in it would be great
2.2 second category is noncss-based for this category, i thought it would be best to let you all express yourself in absolutely any way! isen`t that great? you can do anything from a flash advertiser to a poem, there is no category restriction.
3. contest entries
3.1 you can enter with how many contest entries you want but only one of your deviation will win a prize, you can`t get 1st place, 2nd and/or 3rd, let other people enjoy the contest :D
3.2 minimum 5 contest entries in a category (from different artists) for the prize to be granted at this moment i think 5 is a resonable number. if there are only 3 people who joined the contest, there would be no competition.
3.3 deadline will be a month, probably two if we do not have enough entries the official deadline will be announced when all is set and ready to go.
4. Prizes know most of you see this part as the most important part of a contest, well it`s not, it`s the fact that you are challenged to do something, and from that challenge, something great turns out. Nevertheless prizes are a motivation so until now, prizes will include a total of 6 months of premium membership, a feature in our journal, on my personal account, and a lot will be added along the way so don`t worry, prizes will include loads of stuff this is only a sketch
5 WANT TO MAKE A DONATION?
5.1 all you have to do is note us, or note me(Dan4ArChAnGeL) and tell us what are you willing to donate, subscriptions, prints, features, stamps, anything you can do for us is more than welcomed. please specify for what category you are willing to donate (css-based/non-cssbased)
5.2 can not participate for the category you have donated because we have 2 categories, you can donate for one, and join the other one, more fun, more prizes, we have to underline that people who donated and will participate in a category will not be favored in any kind of way, it is a contest, we will judge evenly
6.judges
6.1 Our Staff will be asked if they want to be a judge, if so they will be, if not we will have outside help from our contest donators, and some other people here on deviantART.
6.2 Want to be a judge? if you do, all you have to do is send us a note and tell us why do you want to be a judge at our contest and we will look into all the applications and will pick whom we see fit to judge best(it will be a small number that will actualy get to judge, but you must try to succeed!)

That would be all for now, as soon as something comes up we will announce you through our journal, if you have any kind of ideas about the contest, i will listen to you and will review your idea!

Can people make collab entries (like two people make a skin, one designs, one codes)

and does it have to be coded?
